Terms of Use

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) aim to establish the necessary provisions between “Brands,” “Company,” and “Affiliate Creators” (hereinafter referred to as “Creators”) regarding the use of REVEAUTY services provided by Sunbagel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Article 2. Definitions

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

1. “REVEAUTY” refers to the K-beauty content platform, including the website www.reveauty.co, mobile web, and applications.
2. “Service” refers to the creation, translation, and distribution of K-beauty related content through “REVEAUTY.”
3. “Brand” refers to enterprises providing K-beauty related products or services, who have entered into a usage agreement with the “Company” in accordance with these Terms to use the “Service.”
4. “Creator” refers to individuals who create K-beauty related content and provide it to “REVEAUTY.”

Article 3. Notification and Amendment of Terms

1. The “Company” shall provide these Terms to “Brands” and “Creators” for review at the time of contract.
2. The “Company” may amend these Terms when necessary, within the scope not violating relevant laws. In such cases, the Company shall notify the amendments and effective date through the REVEAUTY website at least 15 days before the effective date until the day before implementation.
3. If “Brands” and “Creators” do not agree with the amended Terms, they may express their refusal and terminate the usage agreement before the effective date of the amended Terms.

Article 4. Service Provision and Obligations

1. The “Company” provides a platform for the creation and distribution of K-beauty content between “Brands” and “Creators.”
2. The “Company” shall comply with the following: a. The “Company” shall select qualified “Creators” to produce high-quality K-beauty content. b. The “Company” shall provide quality management of content created by “Creators” and multilingual translation services. c. The “Company” shall do its best to ensure that the created content is effectively exposed to global readers.

Article 5. Rights to Use Creative Works

1. The copyright of content provided by “Creators” to REVEAUTY principally belongs to the “Creators.”
2. The “Creator” grants the “Company” the right to translate and distribute the content domestically and internationally for one year from the date of registration on REVEAUTY.
3. The rights referred to in paragraph 2 include the rights of reproduction, display, distribution, and creation of derivative works, and the “Company” must always credit the original creator when using the content.
4. If a “Brand” wishes to use a “Creator’s” content, the scope and conditions of use may be determined through a separate agreement.

Article 6. Protection of Personal Information

1. The “Company” collects only the minimum personal information necessary for service operation, and the collected information is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2. If a “Creator’s” personal information is provided to a “Brand,” the “Brand” must use such information only for service purposes and destroy it immediately after achieving the purpose.
3. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, using personal information for purposes other than service or providing it to third parties may be punishable under relevant laws.

Article 7. Service Usage Restrictions and Contract Termination

1. The “Company” may restrict service usage or terminate the contract in the following cases: a. If content that infringes on another’s copyright, portrait rights, etc. is created or distributed b. If false or exaggerated information is provided, causing consumer misconception c. If discomfort or harm is caused to other users on the platform
2. If service usage is restricted or the contract is terminated in accordance with paragraph 1, and this causes damage to the “Company,” the “Company” may claim compensation from the relevant user.

Article 8. Disclaimer

1. The “Company” shall not be liable if it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters or similar unavoidable circumstances.
2. The “Company” does not guarantee the accuracy of product information provided by “Brands” or content created by “Creators,” and is not responsible for disputes arising therefrom.
3. Direct disputes between “Brands” and “Creators” shall be resolved between the parties, with the “Company” only acting as a mediator.

Article 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes arising from the use of services between the “Company,” “Brands,” and “Creators” shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

Sunbagel Co., Ltd. provides guidance and obtains consent to these Terms at the time of contract.
