When I went to Canada this time,
I always go when it’s transitioning
from summer to fall, so I wore padding.
This time I totally-
I went in the summer,
but I’m a cold person, so I wore sleeping socks,
but why is it Southeast Asian weather
when I come to Korea!
When I went to Canada for the first time,
I thought it was summer in Vancouver,
so I thought it would be humid like Korea,
so I packed only matte foundation and powder,
but it was so dry.
I didn’t even wear makeup.
My lips were chapped all day,
so lip moisturizer!
Lip balm is a must.
Luckily, Leaders Cosmetics
sent me this as a gift,
so I’m going to write a review about it!! lol
Initial Surprise: PDRN + UV Protection in Lip Balm
At first, I thought,
“PDRN and UV, how can it be sunscreen?!”.
But then I realized that there is also
a lip balm with retinol in it! lol
I thought it was interesting,
but it contains salmon PDRN.
PDRN is popular these days,
and I like this ingredient,
but it’s a little strange
because it’s in a lip balm…?
It’s SPF 25 PA++,
but if you think about it,
lips are more delicate than skin.
When I looked it up, I realized
that the lower lip is more vulnerable
to sunlight than the upper lip,
so it would be good to apply
a lip balm with sun protection.
When I receive a premium product,
I don’t even get to open it,
I just admire it for a few days.
Leaders Cosmetics PDRN Line: New Launch Experience
Leaders Cosmetics just released the PDRN line.
The active ampoules and toner pads
were pretty good,
and I’ll post a review soon.
I had to go on a trip and work,
and I took a lot of pictures,
but I went and rested a lot. T___T…
I went to Costco anyway,
and there was only Leaders Cosmetics.
There was a line of Calming Probiotics,
but the packaging was different from Korea –
it was so strange and welcoming. : )
My Lip Care Routine: Day & Night Application
In fact, I mostly use colored lip balm,
so I use colored lip balm
to revitalize during the day,
and at night I apply colorless lip balm
before going to bed
and exfoliate my lips in the shower
in the morning.
But the price is the same
for colored and colorless lip balm,
₩5,000 (~$4),
but the ingredients are good,
so I would like to recommend lip balm.
Dermatologically Tested: Gentle & Safe Formula
Both the colored and non-colored lip balms
are dermatologically tested
and contain no ingredients
that I would worry about.
I thought the ingredients were very gentle.
Perfect Design: Easy Application & Portability
It’s easy to apply and easy to carry
in my bag because it’s in a tube shape.
It has a slight curve,
but it fits my lips well,
so I can apply it quickly
without looking in the mirror.
I didn’t like the sticky feeling
because I had to apply it with my hands,
but this lip balm doesn’t get on my hands,
so it was easy.
Professional Usage: Perfect for Frequent Application
I do a lot of lip treatments professionally,
so I tend to get filler treatments
in my lips,
but the downside is that they get
wrinkled and dry out quickly!
So I always apply lip balm
from time to time,
and I think it’s a good lip balm
if you’re someone who doesn’t like
sticky things.
I don’t like lip balms that are too oily
and sticky when applied,
and I don’t like lip balms
that make my lips feel heavy,
but Leaders Cosmetics lip balm
is just light, moisturizing and not sticky,
so I would like to recommend it.
Original Gloss: Perfect for Everyone, Including Men
The original gloss is a colorless lip balm,
so I think it would be great
for men to use because it’s colorless.
It’s colorless, but it’s still moisturizing
and has sunscreen,
and it’s also good for PDRN benefits.
I’ve used it under matte lipsticks,
but I think it would be great
as a base lip balm –
it just gives a nice shine
and moisturizes.
Before applying the lip balm,
my lips were dry,
but after applying it,
they’re shiny and wrinkles and texture
are smoothed out!
Daily Rose: Natural Red-Orange Color Balance
Daily Rose is a colored lip balm.
I thought it was red,
but it turned out to be
a little bit reddish.
At first, I thought it was
a bright red color,
but it feels like a rose color,
and it’s not burdensome
because it’s a color
between red and orange.
You can apply it with makeup
or on a bare face…!
Colored Lip Balm Advantage: Natural Without Thickness
The advantage of colored lip balm
is that it’s not as thick as lipstick,
but it’s natural.
I think a colorless transparent lip balm
can enhance the vibrancy
if you don’t feel comfortable with it.
I sometimes feel that colored lip balms
are a bit lacking in moisturizing power,
but the moisturizing power is not bad.
I think it looks even better
with other lip colors.
It’s such a pretty color on its own,
but it’s so pretty when mixed…!!!
I love the ampoules and toner pads
in the Leaders Cosmetics PDRN line,
but I’m a big fan of the lip balm
because I use it all the time.
Some have sunscreen,
some have brightening colors,
and I alternate between the two
depending on the occasion.
If you’re looking for a gentle way
to moisturize and revitalize your lips,
I recommend Leaders Cosmetics Lip Balm.
