ISOI Rose Lip Mask Review

In the cold and dry season,
my biggest concern is chapped lips and flaky lips,

so I always take lip balm with me when I go out,
even if I don’t need anything else,

so I prefer to use a lip sleeping mask that exfoliates my lips
before bed in winter and doubles as a lip balm during the day. 🥰

Today, I’m reviewing ISOI’s new Rose Lip Sleeping Mask, which is perfect for me!

I love ISOI’s Bulgarian Rose scent, and I can’t stop reaching for this lip balm
because it goes on so smoothly unlike other lip sleeping masks,
so let’s get to the review!

Bulgarian Rose Formula

It’s a new lip mask from ISOI’s Bulgarian Rose line.
I personally love the Bulgarian Rose line,
and this lip sleeping mask is just like the scent.

The ISOI Lip Mask improves the appearance of flaky lips by 90% after just one use,
and it provides 24-hour moisture retention from the moment you apply it.

I can feel it when I apply it.
It’s so moisturizing and soft!

It is said that it contains highly moisturizing plant-derived oils
to fill moisture and 4x ceramides to lock in moisture,

When I apply it,
I feel a thin moisturizing film unique to ‘moisture + ceramides’.

Even though it’s a lip care product,
it contains the noble Bulgarian Rose Oil,
so you get the same fragrant rose scent
that I get from using the ISOI Blemish Care Up Serum. 😊

As the name suggests,
it’s a lip sleeping pack that exfoliates, hydrates, and nourishes your lips while you sleep,
but it’s not too sticky or heavy, so you can use it as a lip balm during the day.

I took the ISOI Lip Mask out of its paper packaging,
and it was so cute and neat because it continued the design of the Bulgarian Rose line 😍.

The distinctive pink packaging is very attractive.

When you open the lid,
there is a small spatula built in, but other lip masks just come with a regular sparger,
so it’s really hard to know where to store it after use,

but I love that ISOI Lip Mask can be stored right on the lid after use,
and it’s a thoughtful detail that makes me reach for it again and again!

Moisturizing Ceramide Texture

The lip mask texture looked solid at first glance.

The texture is very moisturizing and soft!

Lip balms and lip masks tend to have a hard texture,
but ISOI Lip Mask is soft and moisturizing,
so it goes on evenly without clumping.

You can see on the palm of your hand
that it’s not a heavy, sticky texture.

It’s moisturizing, it’s soft, it’s a little bit viscous,
it’s a very unique texture.

Moisturizing and nourishing at the same time!

When applied properly, it creates this cool glassy glow and is not sticky at all.

The texture itself is this sticky type, but when you put it on your lips,
it’s not sticky, it’s soft and slightly slippery.

It’s interesting, right?
Personally, I think the texture is really well chosen.

It’s called dry lips, where if you brush your teeth and don’t put anything on them,
they’ll burst out with wrinkles and flaky lips.

You know that condition where you smile and your lips crack and bleed 🤣 🤣.

Overnight Lip Treatment

Using the Lip Slipping Pack is easy!

Just scoop out a small amount with the included spatula and apply evenly.
The texture is so moisturizing and soft
that you don’t need to build it up like you would with other packs,
just a small amount is enough to moisturize!

To get a feel for the application,
I put a little bit of the lip mask on my finger and smoothed it on gently.

It’s a soft, moisturizing texture, so a small amount goes a long way.

Do you know that feeling when you put on a moisturizer
and then put on a cream with ceramides on top?
That’s exactly what this feels like!

It’s not sticky or heavy, it’s light and soft, and it moisturizes very well.
It feels like a thin layer of ceramide on the surface.

It is a Korean vegan certified product, German derma test, and sensitive skin irritation test,
so it was soft without any irritation to my sensitive skin, including my lips.

I applied the ISOI Lip Mask before bed to exfoliate my lips
and applied my lip makeup the next day,
and my lips were so moisturized without any flaking 🥰

It’s lightweight and easy to use, so I’ve been carrying it around with me and using it as a lip balm!
